At the end of this confined space training course you’ll be able to demonstrate your understanding of the control measures to be followed when working in, or near to, confined spaces as detailed in a safe working procedure.
This level of safety training will cover the legislation associated with working in confined spaces. The training will involve what counts as a confined space, the potential hazards of a confined space, safe systems of work, risk assessment, emergency health and safety procedures, and rescue procedures.
To work in a confined space, you and your employer will need to be aware of any legal responsibilities involved in such.
IIRSM Approved
Important note: The training we provide is an awareness course only, it is designed for people who need to be aware of the hazards and risks of work in confined spaces but are not actually required to enter that space. If you are required to perform any work activity in, or in the proximity of low risk, medium risk, or high-risk confined spaces then you will also need to have an 'approved' standard of practical confined spaces training, at the 'appropriate' level.
This confined space training course will take approximately 25 minutes (Note: This is based on the amount of video content shown and is rounded off. It does not account in any way for loading time or thinking time on the questions).
Our RoSPA, IATP, CPD, IIRSM & IFE approved courses are owned by VideoTile Learning Ltd and are distributed under licence.
Our confined space training course costs £25 +vat.
The certificate you will receive in the course does not have an expiry date but it is recommended to renew your training every 2 years. This will ensure the continued knowledge of your confined space training.
