A standout success in our employer partnerships has been our work with a leading Tier One contractor to support their workforce through the CSCS Industry Accreditation phase-out.
In response to the changes requiring formal qualifications for supervisory and managerial roles, 4D Academy delivered:
- Over 150 Level 3 and Level 6 NVQs in Construction Supervision and Site Management over a 10 month period.
- A streamlined, fully managed process that minimised disruption to live projects.
- On-site assessment and tailored support for experienced staff transitioning from IA routes.
- Full alignment with CSCS requirements, enabling staff to retain or upgrade their cards.
This project not only ensured full compliance with new CSCS regulations, it also empowered supervisors and managers with qualifications that reflect their experience, competence, and value to the business.
